Effective Child Protection is a project by Gwynedd Council’s Children and Supporting Families Service. It is supported by the North Wales Regional Transformation Board as a trail finder project to transform services for children and families. The 2 year pilot began in April 2019.
As a North Wales project, these pages are primarily aimed at professionals from agencies across the region. However, they will also be of interest to other professionals in Wales and further afield. It is of particular interest to professionals interested in the areas of outcome focussed practice. It includes information about the project and updates about its development.
The project aims to ensure child protection practice is effective. This practice framework has been designed to address this.
