Developing ‘Steps to Change’ and modifying Case Conference Reports Workshop
The project invited a number of individuals to a design workshop in Penrhyndeudraeth to co-produce the ‘steps to change’ tool. Invited were the Child Protection co-ordinator, Team Manager, Project Manager and Quality Assurance Officers. The aim was to develop some of the tools and review changes to the Social Work Report to Conference. The challenge was to integrate into the record up to three areas of change, identifying evidence for ‘not good enough’ and ‘good enough.’ The group developed together solutions to the task but also reinforced the shared understanding o
